Flat tip brush in dark red-violet synthetic fibre, long handle in earth-red lacquered wood and gold tip, with a nickel-plated brass ferrule.

The dark red-violet fibre is tenacious and resistant, being extremely elastic with a good colour retention capacity. Ideal for pasty and dense techniques, such as acrylic and oil, it is appreciated for its resistance in wall decorations, restorations and with inks and diluted colour for brush calligraphy. The brushstroke remains precise and well defined, even on rough and porous surfaces.

The flat tip is perfect for solid applications and fine lines where the colour is applied, leaving a defined and full stroke. When pressure is applied, it creates a full square form, used to cut thin lines. The long contoured handle increases the distance between the hand and the act of painting, being indispensable in techniques where a greater overview is required.

Series 4 offers characteristics of great elasticity and maintains its particular form over time with proper maintenance. The brushstroke is still soft, despite being the first synthetic fibre created for dense colours. The handle is traditional and light. The long wooden handle recalls the classic fine art brush, being balanced, classic and elegant.
