Series 1 round brush with dark red-violet synthetic fibre and short handle

Round tip brush with dark red-violet synthetic fibre, short handle in earth-red lacquered wood and gold tip, with a nickel-plated brass ferrule.

The dark red-violet fibre is tenacious and resistant, being extremely elastic with a good colour retention capacity. Ideal for pasty and dense techniques, such as acrylic and oil, it is appreciated for its resistance in wall decorations, restorations and with inks and diluted colour for brush calligraphy. The brushstroke remains precise and well defined, even on rough and porous surfaces.

The round tip is perfect for details and for when colour is applied, leaving a defined and full stroke. When pressure is applied, it creates a short dripped line. The short contoured handle is easy to handle, being suitable for small and precision jobs.

Series 1 offers characteristics of great elasticity and maintains its particular form over time with proper maintenance. The brushstroke is still soft, despite being the first synthetic filament created for dense colours. The handle is traditional and light.

Packaged with a protective tube able to safeguard the tip.
